Guarantee/ Warranty Policy :

We cover  Replacement Guarantee (except intake box or packet) for physical products sold on ShopsBin.com.

  1. Cash on Delivery issue, Replacement request must be raised on instant in front of delivery man, if any product problematic issue instant return to delivery man .
  2. If fully paid/Partially paid order Replacement request must be raised within 24 hours after getting the delivery.
  3. Refund is only applicable to the canceled order items due to product unavailability.
  4. Any physical damage/Packaging materials, guide book lost, electronic burn defect is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty/guarantee.

REQUIREMENT FOR A VALID RETURN:

  1. Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc)
  2. Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)

VALID CONDITIONS AND REASONS TO RETURN AN ITEM (General):

  1. Delivery of wrong product
  2. Delivery of defective product
  3. Delivery of the products with missing parts
  4. Incorrect content on the website
  5. Product(s) cannot be returned once received by the customer.
  6. Customers are requested to check the product before receiving the product(s).

THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED:

  4. Personal hygiene items such as earrings, wigs and combs
  5. Consumables such as cigars and beverages

CANCELLATION & REFUND DUE TO PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY:

  1. If the customer agrees to wait for the availability of the stock of the product(s), the order may remain in open/processing/hold status for a maximum of 30 days.
  2. In the a case of clause (a), if the customer has already made an advance payment against the order, the customer will receive refund after deducts cashback amount, if not received any cashback full amounts will refund, for mobile banking refund it takes 7-10thworking day, for bank payment refund it takes 10-15th working day.
  3. If the refund amount is below Tk 300, the refund amount will be disbursed through bKash/Mobile Wallet account of the customer.
  4. If the refund amount is below Tk 50, the refund amount will be disbursed as mobile top-up/recharge to the customer.
  5. After confirming any Order, if the order is cancelled by the customer and an online payment is already made by the customer against that order, ShopsBin.com. will charge an Online Gateway Transaction fee while disbursing the refund amount.
  6. Advance payment is required for the delivery of certain vendors’ products. We may cancel any order if the advance payment is not made by the customer for such orders.
  7. Delivery may be delayed if there is a national disaster, weather problem, emergency or any government ban, in this case order cancelation not acceptable.
  8. ShopsBin.com retains unqualified right to cancel any order at its sole discretion prior to dispatch and for any reason which may include, but not limited to, the product being mispriced, out of stock, expired, defective, malfunctioned, and containing incorrect information or description arising out of technical or typographical error or for any other reason.  authority may cancel any order within 4 to 25 working days if the stock of the ordered item(s) is temporarily unavailable.

RETURN/REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE MAY NOT APPLY IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

  4. Innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies
